When connecting your Billing system to OneSaas, there are a few things you can do to help ensure a successful integration. Learn more on this below.
Items
Please ensure all items in your Billing system have a valid SKU / Product code, and that all codes are under 30 characters. If you have matching items in another system you're connecting, please ensure they have matching product codes / SKUs so we can match them automatically for you instead of creating duplicates.
- For FreshBooks customers specifically, keep in mind we read this information from the name field.
Contacts
Double check that all your customer data is correct, with no pre-existing duplicates. If you have matching contacts in another system you're connecting, please ensure they match by name and email so we're able to match them automatically instead of creating duplicates.
