Troubleshooting Fulfillment Connectors

How to find your order and confirm if it has been sent to your 3PL Warehouse.

If you are unsure if a specific order has been sent over to your Fulfillment warehouse, you can follow the steps here to find out:

  1. Log into OneSaas and access the Invoices section by clicking Data --> Transactions.

  2. Search for the invoice and click on the invoice to expand the details
  3. At the bottom of the details, you will be able to see a Sync section.
  4. From there you should be able to see a time-stamp of when the order went over to your 3PL warehouse. If there is no time-stamp, then the order has not been sent.
