Unfortunately at this point in time we have a limitation when we pull your bookings, where they do not come through with the customers address. When we pull your bookings from EventBrite, we get the following customer information:
- Customer Name
- Customer Email
From here, we create a contact in OneSaas based on this information. We're aware that in EventBrite you may have more customer details, however based on the way the EventBrite API gives us data, we don't get anything else.
Owner Login Limitation
The EventBrite API will only give us order details for the Owner login. If you've connected to OneSaas with any other login, then unfortunately we won't be able to retrieve your orders.
All bookings data will be synced to accounting systems as unpaid invoices at this point in time. We are looking at ways to be able to mark transactions as paid for EventBrite records, but this requires the EventBrite API to provide us with payment date/amount/method per transaction, which unfortunately is currently not available.
