Troubleshooting eCorner


New items stock synchronization

There's currently a known limitation where newly added item variations in eCorner are not sent to OneSaas.

The eCorner team has acknowledged that this is an issue with their API, however in the meantime there is a simple workaorund while we await further updates from their team.

This known issue can cause the item to not be retrieved and consequently inventory levels are not synchronized with the stock control manager app (accounting app, fulfillment app).

To ensure this new product has correct inventory level synchronized, after a variation is created or enabled in eCorner the name must be edited, saved, then edited back to the original value. This will mark the product as updated and it will be retieved by OneSaas at the next sync.
