Here's our guide on how you can update your profile account and payment method details in OneSaas.
If you would like to update your email address, name or phone number, then follow the steps below.
From your OneSaas dashboard, at the top right corner there is a user icon button, click that and a pop up window will show up. Click "Edit Profile".
Next, it will display the Edit profile window, where you can edit and update your user profile. Once you are done updating your details (Name, Phone or email address), click update to save changes.
How to View Your Billing Details
In this article, you will learn how to view your Billing details.
On the main dashboard, click on Billing then select Billing Info.
You will be directed to the page as seen below. To view all your invoices click on Billing History.
Now you will be able to see your invoice history.
You also have the option to download a copy of an invoice. To do this, click on the Download button.
If you would like to update your Payment details, then follow the steps below.
From your OneSaas dashboard, select Billing and click Change Plan.
Next, a new window will pop-up, select Payment method.
From here, select Credit card to change your CC details.
Then, select Edit Payment Method.
Enter your new credit card details, then hit Update to complete the process.
