We're very excited to introduce the new OneSaas Retail service, bringing 4+ years of user experience, data security and performance improvements to give you the best, most secure experience possible and ensure it will scale with your business.
The OneSaas legacy service will be deprecated in September 2019 -- to ensure you receive the world-class data security of our new service and massively improved performance to get you through the 2019 holiday season, you need to upgrade before the end of September.
What do you need to do?
To move over to our new service, just follow these few, simple steps that are detailed in our step by step migration guide:
- Pause the current sync on your current OneSaas account. Instructions here.
- Register a new trial OneSaas Retail account via the following link.
This specialised setup process will read some of your legacy account details and carry them across to the new account, simplifying what you need to re-configure. For secuirty reasons, you will be asked to authorise your connections as well as re-configure some basic settings.
- Sync your new trial account. Confirm that all is working well on the new service.
- Upgrade your new trial account to a paid subscription - see common questions about this below before doing so
- Close your legacy account. Instructions on how to close your account here.
And you're done! If you get stuck with any of these steps along the way, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team.
How much does the new service cost?
The new OneSaas service also introduces a new pricing structure which more accurately reflects the usage volumes and value that our customers receive. For many legacy customers, it will actually be less expensive while for some higher-volume customers, the costs may increase - but don't worry: If you see a higher cost presented to you when you upgrade to a paid subscription on the new platform, we are more than happy to provide you with a coupon so you can keep benefitting from the pricing you already enjoy. Please be sure to contact our support team before you enter in your credit card details and pay on the new service.
I have paid quarterly/annually -- what will happen to my paid subscription balance?
If you are on a quarterly or annual plan, we can also help give you a credit for the unused value of your subscription. Please be sure to contact our support team before you enter in your credit card details and pay on the new service.
Does the new service support all of the apps that I currently integrate?
We still support almost all of the apps that our customers integrate. However, there are a few apps that have had very low usage and some others that have older versions which we no longer support because they have set deprecation dates from the application owners. These include:
- WooCommerce versions lower than 3.5
- Magento versions lower than 2.0
- OpenCart version 1.0
- Volusion V1 (Please speak to Volusion about upgrading to their V2 platform where we have a brand new and much more robust integration available directly through your Volusion admin portal)
Does the new service work exactly the same as the service I have been using?
For the most part, yes. However, we have made many improvements to optimize the user experience and performance of the new OneSaas Retail platform so there are a few minor differences. For example, the formatting of data in a specific description field might be different.
