    Hi Jennifer,

    You may need to check the version you are using with MYOB Support, as we are not familiar with all of their versions....however OneSaas supports integration with MYOB AccountRight 'Live' (we're unsure if this is is the same as 'Edge).

    We have checked with MYOB, and - 

    - MYOB AccountRight Premier Live (that is 2016.2 version or newer) will work with OneSAAS
    - MYOB AccountRight Premier v19 (that is the older version) will not work with OneSAAS

    Thanks Matt for replying so quickly. 

    I have asked MYOB about the 2 different versions and AccountRight is for PC and Edge is for MAC?

    Apparently different coding systems? 

    Any more info you could give me would be great, as they said to refer to the addon developer.

    Hi Jennifer,

    If both Edge and Accountright use the same 'cloud based business file' then it's possible you can still use OneSaas - essentially we don't interface with the software on your computer.... we interface with your MYOB business file directly via the MYOB cloud.

    If you're still unsure, maybe fire up a trial OneSaas account and try to connect up MYOB (http://support.onesaas.com/hc/en-us/articles/202745460-Connect-MYOB-AccountRight) - if you can't get the connection to activate then it's possibly not compatible.

    Hi Matt, 

    Tried to connect One SAAS with Account EDGE today and when we went to choose the company nothing came up and so we couldn't connect. 

    I am assuming this means it isn't compatible. Is there any plans to expand to Account EDGE?

    Unfortunately we don't currently have any plans to add Account EDGE to our integrations, but I'll leave this post here for future consideration!
