Currently can only import WooCommerce Orders as invoices, but WooCommerce new payment system does a daily deposit and deducts the fees then. This causes discrepancies in the invoice amount in QuickBooks and the order amount in WooCommerce.

  Thanks Johnny, I assume that there will be lots more coming as this was a force push by WooCommerce to use their credit card processing system.

  Any update? I'm finding my QBO accounts are missing the Woocommerce payment fees.
