    Hi Gareth,

    I believe we're helping you directly via the support ticket you raised regarding this, however generally this means that your integration has not been set up to 'create' products in Xero - only match with existing ones. By the sounds of it you will need to either -

    1 - Create the product (with SKU which is the same as Volusion) or
    2 - Set up the integration to create products in Xero when they are used in a transaction
