I require Dear integration for Salesforce CRM asap. If this doesn't happen, I will have no choice but to use the Shopify to Salesforce for the time being. We would like to see the following in Salesforce:
Sales history per client
Sync between inventory items, discounts and product families.
This way, you can assign special discounts to a customer per product family and produce an accurate quote. Any products created in Dear would be pushed through to Salesforce by SKU and List price. All pricebooks can then be updated/created.
A salesperson can then review the contact before an appointment or internal sales before a call to get a better understanding of the sales history.
I look forward to this integration, as I believe it will be a great seller in Australia.
We propose to use, DEAR, Shopify, Xero and Salesforce instead of Netsuite.
