ZOHO CRM - Bigcommerce

 Is it possible for terms & conditions set in Bigcommerce to also be transferred over as a part of the data, it's currently transferring over and creating a new invoice in ZOHO but the terms & conditions are always left blank and we have to manually input them again. We've set it up in our ZOHO invoice template too but that didn't fix the problem.
