Configuration Screen For Quickbooks

Hi,

I am starting my 7 day trial. On the configuration screen, do i need to check "create associated product in QB" and also "create the products in QB".

I have also added SKU's within Ebay so the items can be matched to the products with QB. Is this all i need to do?
