Hi Tom, QBO Bundle support is still an open item on our development queue. Unfortunately this hasn't been given as much attention due to some known limitations with the QuickBooks API. Namely we are currently still unable to create new bundle items in QBO if we get them from another system.
Having said that, I do admit that OneSaas should still be able to retrieve pre-existing group/bundle items from QBO to match with other systems. I've re-highlighted the demand for this feature with our team again, and hopefully we'll have something out soon!
Will keep this thread open until the feature is out. Sorry for the delay!

Just contacted BigCommerce about this today. Really need this to be able to sync orders within QBO from BigCommerce. Otherwise, we have to run through all the order sync errors in BC and manually enter the bundle in QBO.
Unless BigCommerce creates bundles first and somehow the sync can tell QBO the individual items, this is the only other way. It has to be one or the other. It's neither right now.

Hi Johnny, did this ever get developed? I can see the original thread is over 1 year old. More and more companies are using bundles at least over here in the UK.
As far as I can tell Magento populates the shop basket/admin panel with the constituent parts of the bundle (Children). Are these not sent to Quickbooks Online through the API?

I definitely need access to have my bundles come through to quickbooks. This is a major part of my business and right now I have to hand enter all of them. This is very time consuming. Would be so much easier if it just happened behind the scene like everything else does. Thanks.

I have been looking for this solution for months! We use woocommerce, ebay and amazon it would be amazing if this could get resolved. As soon as we find a decent priced solution to this issue we will go with them, we are currently looking at different accounting services as well to see if there are solutions there as it does seem this might be a QBO issue. This is the last thing stopping us having a pretty automated order process so sign up to onesaas as soon as this is sorted.

I am using woocommerce and most of my products are technically bundles in quickbooks due to selling in bulk.
I started using this plugin before realizing the issue and that it would mean manually updating most orders which took more time than before.
It looked good apart from this obvious issue so if it was to be fixed then I would revert back.
Does anyone know if this is actually being worked on? And if it is being worked on if they have a rough idea of completion date?

Molly Pellegrino if you are based in the US, and are looking to handle more complex inventory functionality than OneSaas currently offers (e.g. Bundles), we would recommend that you take a look at the QuickBooks Commerce offering: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/quickbooks-commerce/
Unlike the free OneSaas service, please be aware this is an additional paid subscription on top of your existing QBO subscription.

QuickBooks Commerce is CRAP!!! I would not recommend it to anyone!
The inventory system WILL cause you to over sell inventory when you use an Inventoried item in more than one sellable Bundles. I have gone around and around with support/dev about this... They tell me its "by design"! What a JOKE.
Updates between sales Chanels is slow and there is no way to reserve inventory for active orders/carts. So, again, you WILL oversell inventory.
I was really looking forward to a separate "Wholesale" store. But again, it was CRAP! looks horrible with very limited design capabilities. Available inventory, warehouses, and accessibility did not work the way I was told it did. And YES, you WILL over sell inventory when you use an Inventoried item in more than one sellable Bundles.
It was a complete waste of time to setup and configure. Plus it cost me money in upgrade/subscription fees that I can't get back. Then, when I canceled the service they can't disconnect it from your account until the subscription expired. So I couldn't go back and use my QuickBooks Inventory for 2 weeks while I had to wait for the subscription period to expire.
Just FYI... QBO and QuickBooks Commerce are completely separate applications. It is not integrated into the QBO Dashboard except for a "Launch QuickBooks Commerce" option. It will exit your QBO Dashboard and open the QuickBooks Commerce app. This is not what I was expecting and not what I was told by support/sales. It doesn't sound like a big deal but after using it for a couple weeks it becomes a real pain in the arse switching between them all the time.

Would love bundles to work with Shopify, QB connector and QBO! Issue seems to be that the bundle revenue can’t flow through to QBO but the SKUs do. Ideally revenue could just split between SKU components based on the proportion of their COGS. Eg if each component had $5 cogs then revenue would break down 50/50 between components. Or if one COG was $1 and one was $9 then the revenue would go 10% to one item and 90% to another.

Picking this up again, has there been any update to the progress here?
We sell bundles of plants and pots in our business, and each have different COGS accounts.
For example if you buy a plant with a white pot, the plant will have Plant COS, and Pot will have Pot COSCan't see any other way to do it beyond bundling, unless anyone else has some suggestionsThank you!
