BigCommerce Integration Failing for Orders Shipped to Local Tax Jurisdiction
Any orders shipped to the local tax jurisdiction are failing to be exported to Quickbooks. The error message is: Transaction(s) were not imported because the line items and the total don't match.
When I click through any of the the failed orders, I see that the wrong Tax rate is being applied, and this causes the order total to not match the bigcommerce order total.
I use Avalara for automatic tax calculation. No changes were made to Avalara or Bigcommerce settings but this started happening apparently in July.
Any ideas?
