Invoice still "processing" in Magento 2.1....

    Hi Kyle, thanks for posting.

    This might be more of a question for Magento support, but our understanding of the Magento order statuses is that the "Processing" status means that an order has been paid, and "Completed" status means that the order has been shipped.

    I did a quick Google search for you and found this Magento page explaining things in a bit more detail:
