Invoice still "processing" in Magento 2.1....
Good day,
An invoice in our client's Mangeto 2.1 is still under the status of "processing".....
How are we to see what the problem is, and/or fix it?
The invoice was already paid for, and so I don't understand why is has become "complete".

Hi Kyle, thanks for posting.
This might be more of a question for Magento support, but our understanding of the Magento order statuses is that the "Processing" status means that an order has been paid, and "Completed" status means that the order has been shipped.
