Simplify Quickbooks Invoice from Shopify Stores

I use the OneSAAS connector to sync my Shopify Store to my Quickbooks Online account and it works pretty well. But one big time waster is... I have many orders where I need an invoice from Quickbooks (usually because I an shipping orders from the US to Canada and I need a commercial invoice for customs reporting).

At present I need to go to OneSAAS, several times a day, do a sync, then go to Quickbooks, select Invoices, sort the current one to the top, then choose "Print to PDF" and save it to a file name with my order number so I have an invoice.  Couldn't this be automated using Quickbooks Connector and adding a menu item in the Orders menu on Shopify to create an invoice as easily as other invoice systems do for Shopify without all the annoying and time consuming steps. It makes me want to switch off Quickbooks if you don't solve this.
