Allow Ecommerce Sites to Control Quantity of Products

I have a ecommerce site hosted by Big Commerce. I would love it if Big Commerce would be allowed to control the quantity of products in Quickbooks Online. This makes a huge hassle to have to go into quickbooks to keep the correct product quantities as the information does not transfer over. It should be allowed to go either way depending on what the merchant wants.
