To note, if you browse the posts here they have the same issues with Wix, Shopify and BigCommerce.

Just a note - QB will say they have no idea about any updates ( around jan 6th Quickbooks had a layout update  - which updated the intregration apps. ) - this broke almost all them .

with settings that were present before, no longer being present.

we need to be vocal about this so they sort it, as its happening with almost all them .

i use Etsy  & Squarespace. ( same issues ) before big update 6th jan was fine.

They make tons of changes without any notice. They surely realize their customers have documented standard operating procedures etc and changes without notice affect their daily operations. Nothing like showing up in the morning to open Quickbooks to see new updates you were unprepared for have occurred. Now you have to hunt for the areas to perform your work. It is really unacceptable. And to add, changes like the integrations that they make that just don't work. It is beyond frustrating, causes a lot of additional work and creates risk.

    totally agree

we have had duplicated sales (  100's when its reimported from dates we have not even included,  ) - including refunds .

it imports everything exclusive of VAT - when we are inclusive, so if we get £50 , its importing £56 ish (example)

its importing 1 fee out of 3 fees .

so we would rathar it not import any fee, and we can just manually calculate it every month easily.

instead of working out what fee is to what sale.
