WooCommerce Integration (Canada) - Orders fail to sync because tax mapping shows "No target fields available"
Hello,
I am trying to configure the new official WooCommerce integration with QuickBooks Online (Canada), but I am blocked by a tax mapping issue.
Environment
- WooCommerce
- QuickBooks Online (Canada)
- New QuickBooks WooCommerce Integration
- Currency: CAD
What is working
- Customers are created successfully in QuickBooks Online.
- New WooCommerce orders are being imported into the integration.
- The connection between WooCommerce and QuickBooks Online is working correctly.
The issue
The orders never sync to QuickBooks Online because they fail during the tax processing step.
Every order shows a tax-related error within the integration.
When I try to configure the tax mapping, I have no options available. The Tax Mapping page only displays the following message:
No target fields available
There are no target fields to map.
Because of this, I am unable to map any WooCommerce tax rates to the QuickBooks Online tax codes.
My questions
- Is this a known issue with QuickBooks Online Canada?
- Why does the Tax Mapping page display "No target fields available"?
- Is there any additional configuration required for Canadian sales taxes (GST, PST, HST, and QST)?
We recently migrated from the legacy OneSaaS connector to the new QuickBooks integration, and this problem started after the migration.
Any guidance or troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
