Refunded fees shown as added

Refunded fees are shown as standard fees in quickbooks account.

ie. I have an account called ebay fees. when a fee is refunded by ebay, it is not refunded in the quickbooks account, in fact its added on as if I have paid the fee again.

It is missing the minus sign in quickbooks accounts!
