    Hi Maria, thank you for your post. We are aware of the chat that you have had with our agent, and have already taken this feedback on board. We can confirm that this is indeed the current behavior of our stock level sync, and we understand why in your situation it should be improved.

    Unfortunately while the request has been acknowledged for further review by our engineering team, we do not have any ETA or guarantees at this point in time.
