6000 - Business Validation Error: You need to activate this item before updating the quantity.
Hi There,
I am seeing this error message in the App connector between Shopify and QuickBooks. So far 16 sales receipt orders are not flowing into QB due to this error. I can't see from my end how to correct the mapping. It's all related to one SKU, in these 16 orders causing the issue. Can you assist?

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for posting. Our team has located your integration account and have reached out accordingly to try and help. Usually this error is related to a product that may have been deleted, or deactivated in some fashion. In these scenarios, our team can do a reset on the entity and try to re-sync the product and associated orders.
