    Hi Andrew,

    Thanks for posting. Our team has located your integration account and have reached out accordingly to try and help. Usually this error is related to a product that may have been deleted, or deactivated in some fashion. In these scenarios, our team can do a reset on the entity and try to re-sync the product and associated orders.
