OneSaas No Longer Syncing eBay Orders — API Call Limit?
Hey everyone,
I've been using the OneSaas Connector since the beginning of the year, and it’s been amazing. It currently plays an integral role in my business by syncing eBay orders to QuickBooks and keeping my stock levels up to date.
The other night, I noticed that no new eBay orders were syncing to OneSaas. Interestingly, stock level syncing is still working fine—it's just the order creation that’s not coming through. I tried changing various settings, even deleted and reconnected the eBay integration—but still no luck.
I reached out to support, and they said the issue is due to the following error:
"We have reached the API call limit of eBay US - locomotivepartssupply. We will retry processing a bit later."
They mentioned they’re working on resolving it but don’t have an ETA.
Needless to say, this is a bit concerning. Has anyone else run into this issue? If so, did you find a workaround or fix?
Thanks in advance!

We have the same problem. For the past 3 days, the eBay connector has not synced a single order. Interestingly when a manual sync is attempted, the sync report says “ No data was synchronized for this workflow”, despite 20+ orders for thousands in sales in the past 3 days.
Awaiting a reply from onesaas…
