Quickbooks Connector not synching with Wix

    Yes I'm having same issue, Orders created in Wix are not all generating Sales Receipts in QB, a minority are working, but the majority are not. This new version of Connector is very poor and it's frsutrating that these new software versions are allowed to go live whilst obviously flawed.....

    Same issue here since early December with updates just saying they are working on it. No solution for over 6 weeks and hundreds of orders missing.

    I found my issue was that the missing transactions were where the order no. already existed on QB. The previous version of Connector used to generate an error msg to warn of these duplicates, the new version doesn't, the receipts just don't appear (though the new Customer does appear on QB).

    We are having issues with WooCommerce connectiing to QB.  We had to put a prefix of WEB this avoided any duplicates (but when they did an update -without warning- we lost all settings, including the prefix).

    My last sale that was updated in QBO from Wix was Jan 20th. We need this fixed asap!!
