    100% agree with how poorly this was handled :(

    Also the new integration has no way to distinguish between different payment methods and prety much EVERY transaction coming in from BigCommerce has to be manually fixed by our accounting team. 

    This is an unmitigated disaster.

    I'm so glad I found this review! I thought I was going crazy! It is all messed up and nothing is posting where it is supposed to and no where to change it! No phone phone number just sit in que with no options.

    btw I was able to reach OneSAAS support today on this site and wound back our sync to the OLD version (which works so much better). Make sure you give them feedback on how awful the "upgrade" is so they can fix all the bugs before they sunset the old version :(
