Squarespace transactions and failure of support

Since the unannounced crossover, our transactions show imported but do not show in the transaction list. Support was having great difficulty understanding the problem, despite multiple discussions and screenshots. The outcome? Unknown as it has been 15 days since the last update from them. Really unacceptable and unbelievable.

  My squarespace one works ( imports & puts into transactions as a sales receipt ) 
  it also imports the correct fees  

   

  it just doesnt import as tax inclusive , its importing it as tax exclusive, so incorrect figure  - which i have to manually change all the time when its in as a sales transaction 
  
  is yours being "stuck" in the imported ? as processing ?
