Retrieving Fees from Etsy

The QuickBooks Connector app currently does not have the ability to integrate fees data from Etsy. 

For context, there are 3 types of Etsy fees:

• Listing Fees - incurred when a listing is made on the Etsy store.
• Transaction Fees - deducted by Etsy when a sale is made.
• Processing Fees - applied when a seller utilizes Etsy payments feature.

There is currently no unified process with which to retrieve all of the above fees from Etsy. Some have direct access methods (Processing fees), while others have no easy way to accurately retrieve from Etsy.

While we currently do not have any ETA on when this might be possible. Our team are actively monitoring for new updates from Etsy to hopefully achieve this.

Missing customer email address from online orders

Etsy has recently made some internal changes when requesting for online sales information such as the buyer's email address. This change has resulted to our app failing to get the email address of the customer's due to us being rejected by their API:
