"You Are Not Authorized" Error when launching QuickBooks Connector
If you are unable to launch the QuickBooks Connector app on your Wix store, please check the browser that you are currently using. The QuickBooks Connector is recommended to be used on the Google Chrome web browser.
If you are using the Google Chrome web browser and still hitting this error, please open a new tab and load our website login page - https://partners.onesaas.com/portal/signin/retail
Then retry launching the app on your Wix Store.
If the issue persists, please contact our friendly Support Team.
Missing Orders
Wix has default apps that their end-users can add to their sites.
As of now, QuickBooks Connector can only pull data/orders from the following Wix Modules:

This limitation is mentioned in our app listings in the Wix App Store:
PLEASE NOTE: Historical Data sync is not possible with Wix Events, Wix Hotels, Wix Invoices, Wix Bookings, Wix Recurring Payments, and Wix Pricing Plans.
One more cause of missing orders is another limitation we have in syncing unpaid transactions.
The Retrieve Store Orders with Payment Status section only applies to Store Orders as we do not sync unpaid transactions for all other supported Wix modules aside from the Wix store.
If you have configured the Order and Payment status filters correctly based on your preference and there are still missing orders, please contact our friendly Support Team!
UPDATE: Due to recent updates on the Wix API, there are issues with retrieving sales records from Wix Bookings module. Since the Wix updates were released, our integration has stopped syncing Wix bookings and our team is investigating how to best solve this. If you would like to be kept updated on our progress, please reach out to support@onesaas.com.
Incorrect Customer Data from Wix Bookings
QuickBooks Connector app will not be able to get the correct customer data from Wix Bookings unless all the customer records from the site have valid email addresses.
The Wix Bookings end-user needs to make sure that all their customer records have valid email addresses to make sure that all their data will be pulled correctly.
If your Wix Bookings customer records have valid emails, but the data is still incorrect when sent to your accounting, please contact our friendly Support Team!
Syncing WIX Fees
QuickBooks Connector app will not be able to pull fees from WIX API. This is a current limitation of the app since we don't have a way to sync the information from the WIX API. Our development team is already discussing this with WIX support, but no ETA for when this will be added.
Bookings with multiple payments/gift cards
The QuickBooks Connector app cannot handle Wix Bookings that are paid for using multiple payments or gift cards effectively. Our team is actively working to resolve this known limitation. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific ETA for when this issue will be fixed.
