"You Are Not Authorized" Error when launching OneSaas
If you are unable to launch the OneSaas app on your Wix store, please check the browser that you are currently using. The OneSaas app is recommended to be used on the Google Chrome web browser.
If you are using the Google Chrome web browser and still hitting this error, please open a new tab and load our website login page - https://partners.onesaas.com/portal/signin/retail
Then retry launching the app on your Wix Store.
If the issue persists, please contact our friendly Support Team.
Missing Orders
Wix has default apps that their end-users can add to their sites.
As of now, OneSaas can only pull data/orders from the following Wix Modules:

This limitation is mentioned on all of the OneSaas app listings in the Wix App Store:
PLEASE NOTE: Historical Data sync is not possible with Wix Bookings, Wix Events, Wix Hotels, and Wix Invoices
If you are using the above modules and there are still missing orders, please contact our friendly Support Team!
Incorrect Customer Data from Wix Bookings
OneSaas app will not be able to get the correct customer data from Wix Bookings unless all the customer records from the site have valid email addresses.
The Wix Bookings end-user needs to make sure that all their customer records have valid email addresses to make sure that all their data will be pulled correctly.
If your Wix Bookings customer records have valid emails, but the data is still incorrect when sent to your accounting, please contact our friendly Support Team!
