Matching Product Data
QuickBooks Connector reads product codes from the 'Custom Label' field within the eBay system to match up products with other systems.
Here is more information on the Custom Label field within eBay:
http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/sell/pro-update-inventory.html
Please make sure to populate your Custom Label fields with the correct product code/SKUs.
Note:
To prevent SKU conflicts, you need to make sure that the 'Custom Label' fields in both the 'Active Listings' and 'Inventory' section match up.
Merging Sales In eBay
QuickBooks Connector does not support merging multiple orders from the same customer into a single order for fulfillment on eBay. Changes like this will should be manually edited within the fulfillment app to avoid duplication.
Historical data Synchronization
If you are integrating eBay with QuickBooks Connector, please note that there is a known limitation where eBay does not provide all the requested historical data to QuickBooks Connector.
The eBay system has been known only to provide a limited range of historical data.
Currently, QuickBooks Connector is allowed to pull data dated 90 days from the current date.
Incorrect Customer Details
Users who are on eBay's Global Shipping Program will encounter getting orders with incorrect contact details or insufficient amount total. We encounter this issue due to the limited data that eBay is sending over.
To resolve this, the user can reach out to eBay directly or opt-out of eBay's Global Shipping Program.

The connector sometimes fails to update the stock when the quantity is updated in QBO, it doesn't push it to eBay. It doesn't give any error and even if I run the sync manually, it doesn't help. Support always asks me for a single item to check and reset the product ID, but that's not the point. I want to connect an additional eBay account and Amazon account to QBO but if the connector fails to upload the actual quantity to any of the marketplaces, that will cause an issue when a buyer can buy a product which is not available but has not been updated. I can't check if every single item is updated on both eBay accounts and Amazon every time it sells. I've got 40 sales a day from my current eBay account. Could you please confirm that you understand my issue? Can you help me resolve it? I feel helpless with this issue and it stops developing my company as I can't expand to more accounts. I'm attaching an example.
